Huawei Honor 7x smartphone

The Huawei Honor 7x launched in October 2017, a great product by Chinese company Huawei. This Chinese company always focuses on bringing new and valuable features at affordable prices. It is not an easy task to bring such a valuable phone at tempting prices but Honor does it by introducing Honor 7x.

This phone brings a lot of features and style. Honor 7x is based on the top Andriod version Nougat. Let’s have look at its design, performance, camera, connectivity, and battery.

DESIGN OVERVIEW

With Honor 7x, maximize the view. Like Honor 8, it also has smooth curves which extend the grip and make it more comfortable. Show your style to the world because you get four color choices to choose from. Choose the finish of colors of different types they are Black, Blue, Gold, Red. The metal unibody makes it tough, attractive and shiny. Every one of us wants to protect his phone from being getting damaged. Huawei Honor 7x comes with a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass(unspecified version). Then is really a massive looking because it is 6.16 inches tall, 2.96 inches wide and 0.30 inches thick. The weight is not more than 165 g.

DISPLAY

The Huawei Honor 7x has a display type of Super AMOLED with Full HD resolution. When we buy the phone we first check the size of the display whether it is small, medium or big. Many of us will prefer big screen because we shouldn’t have a problem while typing a message to friends or family members. Huawei Honor 7x has full view display which brings immersive visual performance.

Huawei Honor 7x keeps pace with technology because it has the latest version of Andriod software. It has an Andriod Nougat 7.1.1 software. It doesn’t support Java. From time to time, we have observed that Huawei and Honor use EMUI 5.1 in combination with Andriod Nougat. The backsides of EMUI 5.1 have been reported by various customers such as miss touch detection or RAM management. But, the EMUI 5.1 improves day by day and gets better.

Switching between apps is quite easy and fast. The best part of the EMUI 5.1 is that it notifies when the battery goes down or if there is any other issue. The performance is so great, it will never disappoint you. When it comes to gaming, your phone catches the graphics of any game in seconds. If you have a large bunch of apps opened, your phone’s performance doesn’t get affected.

HARDWARE

Every one of us wants faster and much better phone so that we can have better experience. The RAM should be a little bit more and the internal storage should be more so that we can store huge amount of files. Huawei Honor 7x has 4 GB RAM. It means we can do more things whatever we like installing apps which are larger in size. What you feel when your phone gets hanged in the public. Don’t worry pour phone isn’t going to hang. When it comes to storage we get 64 GB.We are not limited to 64GB only but we can expand our phone’s memory to 256GB by using external microSD card. 

Sensors make our work simpler because they understand what the user wants like speech recognition. The sensors we get are Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass. When it comes to chipset we have HiSilicon Kirin 659. The CPU is Octa-Core processor. This phone has GPU Mali-T830 MP2.

CAMERA

Huawei Honor 7x may better for you if you are a photo lover. You can capture the best moments of your life. The primary camera we get is of 16MP with flash. The flash makes it more useful while capturing pics in the night. After taking the pics you can search them in gallery easily. When you type in search relevant pics will be shown. The best features I love in the camera section are Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR. The features are not much but not limited. 

Also, you will love the dual camera in the front. The secondary camera is dual 16MP and 8MP. It doesn’t matter whether you are in brighter place or dark place. Honor 7x wouldn’t disappoint you. You will have same high-qualities pics. Take the selfies and show the friends on social networks. The video quality is also of high quality with full 1080p HD recording.

MEDIA

Huawei Honor 7x is best for hearing songs and watching videos because with long playback of both audio and video. We can hear audio for very long time continuously. The audio playback is of Huawei Honor 7x is 40 hours. While the playback of videos is also very long that is 14 hrs. You can use youtube freely without any limit of playback for 15 hours.

 This phone has an FM Radio and the supported ringtones types are Vibration, MP3, WAV ringtones. You can easily switch between loudspeaker and handsfree during the call. The supported audio playback formats are MP3, M4A, 3GA, AAC, OGG, OGA, WAV, WMA, AMR, AWB, FLAC. The recording quality is absolutely great because recording quality is improved with the digital MEMS mic. These video formats are supported MP4, M4V, 3GP, 3G2, WMV, ASF, AVI, FLV, MKV, WEBM.

CONNECTIVITY AND DATA

The basic we should have is Bluetooth. So that we can easily share the files and documents with the world. Huawei Honor 7x has a Bluetooth feature.

We sometimes don’t have the net pack so that we can surf the internet. We can say our friend to open the wifi so that we can connect to the internet. 

Huawei Honor 7x has a wifi feature and hotspot also. Not every phone has a GPS feature which enables the user to track his phone but Huawei Honor 7x has that feature. Also, it has NFC feature also. It is USB supported. It is not wireless charging phone. This phone has a biometric authentication. It means that you can unlock the phone with your fingerprint or face in only 0.25 seconds. It is simple as taking a pic. EDGE and GPRS are supported.The browser is HTML5. You can use the wifi up to 11 hrs, 3G up to 9hours and 4G up to 12 hours.

NETWORK AND MESSAGING

Huawei Honor 7x is dual nano sim phone. It supports 2G, 3G & 4G networks. Also, you can send SMS, MMS and email to the friends or family members without any hesitation.

BATTERY

The Huawei Honor 7x has a battery type of Li-ion with a capacity of 3340mAh. The battery is non-removable.
